 LLR Test Slot Booking

My dear friends whenever we want to join any professional course, first  we will attend for Entrance Exam. After passing this only we will enter into Professional Course Otherwise Seen reverse. Like this if you want Driving License you must pass Learner License Test then only you will be eligible for Permanent License.

•  Learners license (LLR) is a permit given by local transport department for learning driving before obtaining a permanent license.
• This License is valid for 6 months from Date of Issue.
• Permanent driver license can only be issued after 1 month of obtaining a learner's license.

Eligibility Criteria 

Class of Vehicle		Age of Applicant
1.	For Driving motorcycle without gear (below 55 cc)	Must be Complete 16 Years of Age
2.	For Other Vehicles (except Transport Vehicle)	Must have 18 Years of Age
3.	For Transport vehicles	Must have 20 Years of Age

 

Procedure To Book LLR Test Slot in Online

• Go to the RTO Appointment site https://aptransport.in/APCFSTONLINE/LL/TestCenter.aspx or http://www.aptransport.org/html/dl-learners.htm.
•  Fill out the details requested in the form.
• Select RTO Jurisdiction district and RTO office.
• In Transport type specify Learner’s license.
• Then select the suitable date of appointment and check availability. Once the date is chosen. Enter the authentication code in the box.
• For Leaner's Driving License you need to fill out Form1.
• Press Submit.

" If you are unable to book slot, choose another option by going to MEE SEVA center and book slot"

LLR Test

Applicants for a Learner's License should appear personally before the Licensing Authority at Booking Slot Date for attending Exam.

• The LLR test consists of 20 multiple choice questions
• This test will be conducted in three Languages :

o   Telugu

o   Hindi  

o   English

• Time limit for this test is 10 Minutes
•  For passing of This Test you will get  12 Marks out of 20 Marks

Required Documents

Applicants for a Learner's License should appear personally before the Licensing Authority with the following documents.

1. Application in Form No. 2 (Download From:http://www.aptransport.org/html/forms-licence.html)
2. Fees of Rs. 30/- for each class of vehicle, the applicant intends to have a learners permit and an additional user charge of Rs. 30/.
3. Proof of age, appropriate for relevant class of vehicle.
4. Proof of residence
5. Application-cum-declaration as to the physical fitness in Form-1.
6. Medical Certificate in Form No. 1A (only for persons applying for Transport license)
7. Three recent passport size photographs of the applicant.
8. Applicants for Transport Vehicle License must produce a Permanent Driving License for Light Motor Vehicle held by him, at least for one year.

LLR Renewal

"The LLR can also be renewed after the elapse of the 6-months period. It will only be extended once, for a period of another 6-months. The only strange part is that the renewal would be done only after the original LLR has expired and not before."
